DAB radio has no sound

I've had my car about a month (E Class 2018 model) and suddenly there is no sound coming from the radio on DAB. Sound is fine from Bluetooth and Sat Nav etc. The radio station/s show on the screen display. Is this an easy fix - have I just inadvertently turned the sound off somehow? JoA

where's home, if anywhere near Lightwater surrey I'd go see comand online...

I presume other radio (FM) operates OK? and you tried other DAB stations?
