Hi. Recently purchased a 2018 220D. The extended digital dash has developed a fault. The screen on the left hand side (satnav, radio etc) has gone blank. Is this a known fault? Will I need a Main Dealer to run a diagnostic? Any info would be highly appreciated

Hello and welcome

Screen failures are a thing for all modern vehicles. Ifs it’s completely blank it might be a duff connection. Removal and reseating the connector would rule that out. Most ”repairs” are a new screen

If you bought it from a trader, you may be able to get them to sort it at their expense,
