dash finally out

have finally finished ripping my dash out of my 190e.has taken most of the evening but all out and good.ready to be fibre glassed at the weekend hopefully to a new/more roundesh shape.everything will be rewired and new switches installed into the centre console.should hopefully have some piccys soon.any helpful hints will be much appreciated.? :twisted:

he,he.yer it does look like that now looks weird.im going for a more bubblier dash and getting rid of the big square air vents and the horrid/old rocker switches.whoever that dash is its a good attemped.wouldnt go for it myself but still a good attempt!is it yours?how did you do it?what dials did you use instead of the speedo dials?

No it's not mine and i think it is a mess. Have a look on 190.com there is lots of pictures on there.

yer the seats are a hard one...ive realloy been thinking about the seats.my black leather ones have got to go.you get and after 5 miles your bum is numb they are so are its like sitting on wood!!!! tempted with the cream leather but will i get the same hard problem!!would go for sports seats but what about the back?cant really afford to go the whole hog and get them totally reapholstred.

or you could be slightly different and do it zebra stripes, a zebra may be easier to bring down than a bear!! :mrgreen:
