Dash Lights? W123

Hi,

There are no dash blacklighting lights at all in my Mercdes, which is more likely bulb gone (if so how do you access the it to change it?) or another problem? I have a 1983 W123 230e.

There could be a little red fuse on the rear

Access from behind? Couldnt see how to get in from the front and didnt want to damage anything trying incase that wasnt the way

The cluster will push out from behind or pull out with flat hooks from the sides
