Dash still powered with ignition off battery flat ?

Dash still powered with ignition off battery flat? On 1998 E300TD
The Odo display only is still powered after ignition key removed
Approx. 0 .5 amp draw
Previous owner fitted secondary switch under dash to kill and ok if used seems to be out from ignition switch
Are there issues with the switches?
And is the manual or wiring diagram available?

I will get the diagram later in the week if no one pops it up, could be a cluster fault or ignition switch fault
