dashboard Circuit board burnt out

My indie took the car to the stealers today to go on the diag machine. I had told him that one of the bulbs on the fuel guage needed replacing now it turns out that the circuit board it blown on that bit and to get my fuel guage to light up will cost me over £950!!!! :sad:
I dont think so.....

Any suggestions on a post card please.

AND

the new AFM that I purchased is faulty :sad: £49.99 going to be hard to get back from the mail order supplier I think. Going to get another oem part but I think I can manage to fit it as they quoted £320 to supply and fit and it onlly takes 15 mins!!!

If you care to send the unit down to me I will fix it for you, I did Rajinders for him where two lamps failed.

I am going down to Paignton from Gloucester on the 30th March with some spare time on the Friday lunchtime would a couple of hours be enough If I called by on the way?
