Dealer for oil change or independent? (124)

anyone know what the usual dealer price for a oil/filter change is on a 124 car?
I want decent oil/parts used and someone who knows what they're doing.

If anyone knows of a good independent specialist in the west Dorset area or Richmond/Twickenham (if one exists!) I appreciate it too.

If you are mechanically minded enough to change an electric plug then you can do this yourself. One of the easiest major service routines on the car. (I hear a standard charge by a Merc 'stealership' for changing 4 spark plugs is £100!!) Think about it.
