I also E-Mailed them on 23/08/03 but had no reply up to now but........ their site does say - "Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail (non urgent correspondance only please)"
So I wouldn't hold a unanswered e-mail against them, give them a ring if you need to know anything. Before my car is due for a service (probably about Xmas) I'll take a drive down there and check out there set up or maybe before if I'm passing.

I did think that they might not reply to my email and in fact would have just rang but got the engaged tone..
I will have to ring back and get it booked in because it is well over its service time and i am doing big motorway miles every weekend.
Of course i will post my findings for yourself and anyone else in the area that may be interested..

Yes I just got it serviced at the place you suggested aletank..
it was fairly easy to find except the place is at the back of a small industrial estate and I mean small.. I only needed a lube service and so the charge was £90 .... The guy rang me to tell me I needed new front brake pads so that pushed the bill up to £246.00 , A LOT I know but I don't have the time to **** about with it myself.. He also told me about a tyre that is on the limit, which I knew about anyway but I thought that was good feedback... I have just remembered, When I dropped the car off I mentioned a starting problem and the guy suggested changing the plugs, which made sense for the cost and the fact that I do most of my miles at high speed - so I guess £246.00 isn't so bad for all that..
He stamped my service book and I went away happy... By the way the starting problem is much better, but now and again it still plays up (maybe something else needs looking at as well)... I would recommend the place anyway -- thanks for the contact aletank..

£90 for a Lube Service on a 3.2 aint bad considering the main dealers want £140 for my 2 litre.
I think I'll give them ago when mines due for a service, My cars nearly 5 years old now and I've had real problems with the main dealer - ROAD RANGE mainly not phoning me back etc. :roll:
