I am not sure if we are allowed to say things about dealers, but merc drivers should get good service from them..Right?
The only way Brentford ever really do anything is when you complain to head office. They owed me money for breakdown expenses, but after several calls, no respone. I wrote to the head office, and next day, what a surpise the cheque arrives, six weeks late, with no apology.
Pity owners have to resort to this....my opinion, complain and only then will certain dealers like Brentford treat their customers with respect rather like fodder.
