Decent resprays in London?

I'm the proud owner of a mint W123 280E - it's been garaged all its life and serviced by my main MB dealer since 1980. But it's time for a change... My car is white, but I'm looking for a decent bodyshop in or near London.
I don't want to spend a crazy amount of money, but I'm not looking for something that's too cheap to be true!
Does anyone know a good, reliable shop to get the car sprayed to a good standard?

It won't ruin the car at all! If you use a quality bodyshop, the car will be fine. I really don't understand people who seem to think that the car's original paint colour is sacred.

i used the wokingham branch for all my, my friends and my familys painting needs and i know the branch in middlesex is as good as the wokingham one and the wokingham one is amazing. They have painted alot of the drift cars in the uk drift series.

Family owned and run. I know the guys in both branches and cant recommend them enough. For the work they do u shouold be paying 4-5 times the amount they charge

why do u think it would cost anymore to change a cars color as it would to spray a different.. same amount of prep work is needed to do same color as there is to do different color.

Change of colour will actually require a lot of work, including engine bay unless you wish to leave it white. I think you will be expected to pay around £1200 for a half decent Job.

does that sound Reasonable? let me know as then i can pass you some details of the sprayers

Thanks Amo_rahal

I don't mind leaving the engine bay etc in original colour - the car is only worth £3K so I don't want to spend too much on the job. Really I just want a good-quality cosmetic respray to the outside, visible areas of the car. If you can let me know the contact for the sprayers you know, that would be great thanks.
