defrost problem

I have a c180 , the defraster of the rear window was working propely then suddenly its disabled i check the fuse it's not blown , I don't know what to do

If the light does not come on it should be the timer relay.

Have you checked both fuses for the heated rear window,No.8-7.5A is the control fuse and No.16-30A is the power fuse. If both of these are ok it is probably the multi function relay(big black one) in the relay compartment to the rear of the main fusebox.
