deisel engine running ruff

could any1 please help i have a v reg 2000 c220cdi estate we have found a vacuum pipe missing witch goes to the exhaust manifold and controls the flaps in exhaust problem is we dont no were it connects to can any1 help as my baby is running really ruff thanks

There is no vacuum pipe going to your exhaust, the only vacuum pipe is coming from the Turbo BPCVT transducer and connects to the diagphram at the bottom of the Turbo.

Is the pipe on the left hand side of the engine compartment (looking towards the rear of the car) and black in colour? Where is it dangling? Check out http://www.detali.ru/cat/oem_mb2.as...GM=717.466&CT=M&cat=19U&SID=09&SGR=075&SGN=02 to see your turbo diagram.
