Detailed and Ceramic Coated

I've just had my car ceramic coated and am very pleased with the results.
It certainly wont stay looking like this for very long, but will be so much easier to clean.
Company is called Scotwheels Detailing and provides a very professional and friendly service.

Looks gorgeous mate - can I ask how much?
I've got Osidien Black colour and I am worried it wont last. At the moment under the direct sun you can catch swirl marks - not too bad but it would be nice not to have them.

Of course you can
To be honest I am surprised that there has been much more interest in my car when I subsequently posted this on an Audi site.

My car is only 6 months old and the paintwork is in good condition, so all it needed was a single stage correction then ceramic coated.
The coating used is called Aquacoat Pro from Coating Farm, which is for accredited detailer use only and can last up to 3 years.
The work took a full 2 days then I left my car with the detailer for a further day to help with the curing process. This was an easy decision to make because the weather was terrible on the earliest day I could have picked it up.
Prices naturally vary depending on location and products used, but the work I received cost £395 which also incuded wheels(not removed) and all glass.

My new car has just received the same treatment that my white car had this time last year.
Weather forecast is dry for the next few days so at least it should stay clean for a little while.

Ive had people say to me that they like the colour, then others that said they initially didnt like it but it has grown on them as they seen it more.
My dad was in the latter category, and he got to see it at its absolute best when I picked it up today.
I took some photos before I drove it away.
Total cost of this service by Scotwheels Detailing for a New Car Detail which consists of a single stage machine polish and 3 year ceramic coating plus wheels and glass costs £395, which I think is very good for the time and results achieved.

I love the colour, always up for something a bit different and it certainly ticks that box.

Excellent cost as well, mine was substantially more than that over 2 years ago but your guy's a bit far for me to travel, I can walk to and from my bloke's place.
