I was recently given a bottle of Jewelultra Diamondbright Conserver as a gift. I have heard good reports about Diamond Bright but not sure if this is the genuine stuff or not. Anybody had any experiance of this product.
I have always used Autoglym products in the past with very good results.
What do you all use & recomend.

The conserver is a wash/wax type stuff that you're supposed to sponge over with once a month in order to 'conserve' the finish *after* it's been Diamondbrite treated.

I think the conserver is quite expensive and difficult to get hold of. The cynic in me thinks this is deliberate, so that DiamondBrite can deny any warranty claim!

I think you may be right Rory. Reading the instructions it can be applied ether by adding to your bucket & sponged on, or rubbed on as you would a polish. Reading the info it says the conserver ' Maintains the diamondbright finnish'. It may as you say have to me used 'after' the Diamondbright treatment.

How big is the bottle you got - I think it cost something stupid 30 quid for a litre.

It is a small 250ml bottle of conserver & a 250ml bottle of car wash. Any idea about how good the diamond bright treatment is, I hear its quite expensive but does a good job but I have not seen the results myself.

Buy it on ebay for £20 or so and DIY.

My MB had 'Starshield' and it does seem to repel bird muck etc and be easier to clean. I didn't pay for it, it had already been done.

Most people say these treatments are a waste of money (usually cost £300 from a dealer) and you'd be better waxing the car yourself every few months. Well that's OK if you actually do that!
