Hi, can anyone help with the correct way to remove these two fixings on the pipe to the fuel pump. Do you need a special tool? Just can't figure out how they undo and am concerned that I will damage them. I have attached a photo. Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome,

They look like they turn anti-clockwise from the picture

There are just a tight push fit.
The plate and bolt holds them in place.
Be careful removing them as they get brittle over time.

Thanks for your help, have got that sorted. Have another queston. On the diagram I need to know what part 225 is. Mine appears to be broken and may need replacing but can’t actually figure out what it is. It could be a device for bleeding the fuel system or for attaching a meter to test the fuel system pressure.
