needed a new injector after 60,000 miles, managed to get it done on warrenty ,should I have had all 4 changed?or is 1 ok?

Yes, Its always OK to just change 1, what happens is that they can stick, open or closed or even half way.

My E250 has 5 Bosch injectors, and they advised that they should be changed at 80k miles as a set.. so if yours has done 60k, you will need to replace the other three fairly soon
