Diesel Tuning Box!!!!!! S320 CDI

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience of those tuning boxes currently being sold on ebay.
You can get one for about 100 Euros increasing the torque & bhp by 20 - 30%

I had one on my Audi A6 2.5 TDI V6, but mine was from PSI motorsport & cost £300.00.
The principal must I think be the same, just increasing the fueling rate...

My CR Box on my Fiat Ducato 2.8JTD....

.. installed since new, done a good job, but I plan to go the more elequent way of remapping the ECU. External boxes cant be as good as the ECU map and they add extra wires etc and unreliability problems...

If this unit malfunctions, the engine goes into Safe Mode, 10mph!!!!!

Had my ML remapped and to me seems to most logical way. Try it and see, if you buy one off Ebay and dont like, just stick it back up for sale.
