Diff needed for my 95 CL500

My diff is whinning, thought it was the wife until one day she wasn't in the car with me, anyway I dont know the route to take on this. Do I get my diff reconditioned or do I replace it.
Does anyone know or can recommend someone that can sort this from me, the car is a 1995 CL500

Thanks Malcolm I will call them today to get a price and let you know ££££ Im actually thinking of buying another CL500 just for the diff and breaking the rest as this is what I do anyway.
