Digital service History

Hi folks,

I'm looking to get a digital service history for a car I'm interested in. Can any member do this? It's a car I'm seriously thinking of buying and the current owner has given my the vin and reg no to get any due diligence checks done.

So far all is ok with the mileage checks and it is hpi clear but I'd like to know how the service history goes. If anyone can, the vin WDD2074262F244344. The car is a low miles low owners e350 convertible with a full MB history. I'll be travelling from Glasgow to Sussex if the deal can be done, so I'd like to make sure of all the details before I pay a deposit and set off.

3 missed services. Gearbox oil hasn’t been done, but it’s last known mileage was 14,237 so maybe not a deal breaker. Biggest gap was 31/7/17 to 25/1/20

Did you ask the seller, it could well be the car was serviced by the seller or A N other garage so the entries may well not be in the mercedes system.

Indeed! I had my gearbox serviced by Welwyn Merx but they couldn't update the DSB as it needs to be done at a service ( which I find odd but I do still have the paper bill)

Some cars you can enter interim service, some have to be linked to an A/B. I haven't figured out what the deciding factor is.

You can't chose this on all cars though.

To be honest, in my case service B was due in 11 days, if that makes any difference

…and despite the printout, checking online, doesn’t appear in mb database, or maybe I don’t know where to look for it ??

I did, seller said it has full MB history but I've since found out three have been missed plus no gearbox service done in its lifetime. Not ideal but not a deal breaker tho' as it had only done about 400 miles in those three years so it had not been serviced during this time.
Ended up walking away as it turned out the spec was not what I wanted. So the hunt continues for a nice e class convertible with v6 and premium package +.
