This is very simple to do, but I have seen many ask how its done.
The first and most essential thing to do is get some scrote to remove yours whilst your visiting friends/shopping etc. yes, thats what happened to me, I live in SE London that often gets a very bad name for most things, yet I have lived here with this car for over 3 years and not a single issue. I stayed at a friends house in a little sleepy essex village and yes, they found me.
So, on to the job in hand, items required
1 x scrote to assist with removing your old Star
1 x pair of grips, any sort will do.
1 x New Star cost £30
10 mins of your time.
First, lets get the existing Star ripped out to make way for the new one.
Now buy your new Star, I got mine from MB Newcastle via Ebay, £30 and received next day.

Now get the bonnet open and you can see the mounting plate
Get the grips/pliers and take hold of the lug and rotate it 90 deg to the left (counter clockwise)
Now the old one can be pulled out from above the bonnet.
Now put your new one in, rotate the tabs 90deg to the right (clockwise) and your done.
