DMS Stage 2 upgrade

Has anyone had the DMS Stage 2 pulley and ECU upgrade fitted to their SL55 AMG?

l'm considering having it done to my 2004 model, but am a little concerned it would invalidate the MB warranty l have.

I considered a pulley kit for both of my cars, but never found anyone in the UK besides Kleeman (who never replied to my e-mails) who would supply them.
Have you identified a UK supplier?

are we talking abouy fitting lighter pulleys for driving fan belts etc? if so id say unless there an awful lot lighter the benefit would be far outweighed by the cost. especially with an auto box. a friend of mine spent about 130quid on light drive belt pulleys for his pug 106 gti and he couldnt tell the difference! not even sure it even showed a difference on the rollers when it went to get re chipped after the head gasket blew!

Under pulleys are pulleys ½ the size of the original so that things like the alternator are running at half the normal speed, the gain is got from the HP saved on running these things at full speed

lt takes the power to around 583 bhp and 610 lbft

You need to consider Warranty & TUV certification. Im sure you will agree its very nice to have lot's more power but would you want to be the one to pay IF something were to happen . (in the unlikely event)

Their stainless system work out around £1k on a V8, very nice work as well
