Does anybody know how to reset a new2008 mercedes vito 111cdi mpv service indicator

hi ive just got a non M B garage to do a oil change 1st service on my 6 month old mercedes vito 111cd mpv and they cant reset service indicator .does anybody have the answer please kind regards andy

Think it could be a star job - ie done by the star diagnostic machine at dealers though indies have them also ?

im not sure what the vito is, but this has most mercs on there.
