Does APS 50 unit replace APS 20 in E211 easily?

I have APS 20 head unit fitted to my 2003 E320cdi. Looking to fit APS 50 Sat Nav unit but not sure it is straight swap. I know that GPS aerial is needed but is unit plug and play apart from that?

you may be ok in the 2003 model. If your Audio20 is a tape player then you will probably have the audio gateway in the boot and be fine. If it's a CD with an integral amp then no, its a pain.
You may need someone to plug in a star unit and program it before the dash will work with it too.

Thanks jberks.Mines CD integral amp so think I will stick with it and my Tom Tom!
