Having received great help from you guys regarding original alloy wheels for my little baby - I'm now requesting the next piece of advice!! (Promise to get a pic on here soon)
I've got a 1986 190e, in silver with black interior but both the door cards on the driver side are shot - the driver side I have made a fairly bodgy repair with black tape (to hide the gap) but the rear is awful - the cardboard (what it basically seems to be constructed of) has perished and lost it's crispness, so there is no way I can get the top of the door card to meet the clips which hold it in.
A neighbour of mine has a '91 model which has the same problem, so to cut a very long story short.... it's obviously something which is common on the 201's but I was wondering if anyone had either spares (cos I dont' want to have to redo all four doors or at worst the interior!!) or any bright ideas as to how to rectify the problem.
Ta very much!
Gav.
