Door mirrors

For your information.

I have had a warning come up on dash regarding turn signal in door mirror.
New internals from Merc cost £258 +vat.
I have located an auto electrican who will repalace the looms for about £150
or about £90 if you take the mirror off and refit it back on the car.

He's repairing mine next week.
So i'll let you know how it goes and pass on details if you want to contact me.

It's not just a cut and splice job!!

That IS expensive, remove cover and locate snapped wire/wires, reconnect and re-route wires. £30 job done.

If the 211 mirrors are anything like the ones fitted to the facelift 210 e class, guarenteed it will just be a corroded connection at the LED light unit, or even the light unit it self though i have never got a price on these I have been told that its around £20
Even if it is a snapped cable as "star" says it should be no more than £30.
