Door trim

I need to replace the top part of the trim of one of my back doors, it's the leather piece inside of the door that runs along the length of the door , the part that goes around the door lock knob - is this a simple job?

It's my W210 - Avantgarde - looking at it it looks seperate, but I maybe wrong!

BTW when posting pictures how do I get large and not thumbnails?

Thats a shame as my top part of the trim is only slightly damaged, oh well out comes the black shoe polish and a repair job this week-end.

I use paintshop pro for my pictures - maybe someone else can advise ;-)

What I should have said is that the pics come full sized when uploaded via the URL ans you pictures are stored in photobucket.
