My central locking has packed in on the rear nearside door of my '02' reg ML320 and I would like to remove the door trim to have a gander at the mechanism However, having looked at the trim I can't see any obvious way of removing it other than brut force. Has anyone any advice how I should go about this.

Thanks Malcom and Blobcat, Will study these diagrams before attacking door. If anyone has actually had a go at this procedure I would be grateful for any info.
