Newbie alert

I've an E220 CDi on a 13 plate. I recently had the alternator changed and now have a code P246309 showing up on a diagnostic machine but NO dashboard lights. I'm in limp home mode. I had a Terraclean yesterday but it's still the same.
Is it possible something connected to the DPF was damaged while the alternator was being fitted? It's a taxi and I need to get back in the road asap....thanks for any advice.

*edit* Sorry! Shouldn't have posted a question in here but I don't know how to delete it :eek:

Welcome Lindsay
No issue asking on here but better in the right section as more folk will read it there- wouldn’t worry about deleting on here.
