DPF Issues Mercedes C250 CDI

Hi everyone, I have a Mercedes C250 CDI and I'm having lots of dpf problems, car keeps going into Limp mode, won't rev over 3K RPM, diagnostic machine saying theres a problem with the DPF and showing the fill level at the max 400% I've had the DPF taken off, and its all clear, so then I got the dpf sensor changed for a brand new one, all was good for 24 hours, then the same problem is happening again.
Does anyone know what it may be?

I've attached a photo of the fault it's bringing up.

The new sensor must be adapted otherwise the car thinks the old one is still fitted.

What readings are you getting on the sensors in the exhaust system?
