My E250 recently went into limp mode, 2 faults came up when I scanned it both related to the DPF. First code was P246309, soot content of the DPF is not ok, there is a mechanical fault.
The second code was P245328, pressure differential of the DPF is outside limits.
Ive changed the sensor and the second code has gone, but I cant clear the first. Took the car on a 1 hr drive and managed to keep the RPM at 2500 for most of the time hoping to clear the DPF. It hasn't and in fact one of the live readings increased.
Values from my Icarsoft reader in the DPF live setting screen as follows;

Injection quantity between 5.1 & 14.3 mg/hub
Air mass between 511 & 888 mg/hub
B11/4 Coolant temp 88 degrees
Total distance at last correction 243540 km
Ash content of DPF 0g
Soot content of DPF 5g
Fill level of DPF started at 393% and raised to 398% over the hour.
B60 Exhaust back pressure between 1.9 & 3.88 bar
B28/8 DPF pressure differential between 0.05 & 0.14 bar
B19/11 Temperature upstream of DPF between 168 & 246 degrees.
B19/9 Temperature upstream of DPF between 147 & 260 degrees.
Y27/9 Exhaust gas recirculation between 49 & 50%

If the soot content is so low, why is the fill level so high and what is fill level.
Is the DPF blocked and what do I need to do to force a DPF regeneration.
Are there any other sensors etc I should be looking at that would cause the first code.
Appreciate any help.

Do a manual regen , it will fail . But firstly the icarsoft will run through a series of tests . One of which resets the values to zero as if you'd fitted a new dpf and new sensor .
