Drive cycle on E320 and hidden menu access thru climate cont

I can not pass emmissions but when I take my car to a mechanic they say the cars fine but I need to drive it through its drive cycle, I keep getting different stories on what the drive cycle is so any help would be appreciated. I also remember see how you can access a menu in the climate control that dispalys different functions like MPH so if anyone has a list of the menu it would be gratly appreciated.
