Drive wheel remote

Hi, I'm from portugal and I got a Mercedes-benz C220 Avantgarde with drive wheel remote control, I'm interested to change my car radio but i want to keep the drive wheel radio control buttons functionals. Anyone can help me and saw me a radio with this compatibility.
