Hi all
Today I was going to change drivegear (front) oilseal to my 230 E. Problems began when partdealer sold me wrong sparepart and I noticed it after I allready had everytihng on pieces. At least, after driving with taxi toomany kilometers I got that seal changed to right one.
When I got that right oilseal I was dissapointed again when I noticed that It wasn't possible to change without taking the complete drivegear down and dismount everything inside it (is it true ?) I have big drivegear on my car.
My last dissappointment was when I purchased Repairmanual for My MB and there was not even one word for drivegear jobs.
If somewhere there is somebody Who knows something for drivegears on mb:s, I would be very grateful if somebody could give some advices on it. (i don't want get advice that better to take your local MB-dealer, because I know that allready by myself)
