Driver seat electrical height adjustment not working

Hello, I have 2017 C200. Front driver seat height adjustment is electrical. Took it for B service yesterday. Height adjustment no longer working and seat is very low down now. Any thoughts or recommendations please ?

Can you hear or feel anything trying to move?

Hello, nothing.
Passenger side working fine.
Driver's lumber support working ok.
Height is not working.

Sometimes if a seat goes to position it's not been to in a while they get stuck of if something (a coin) gets in the way they might get stuck. It might need a bit of help in getting going.... which might not be easy

I suspect @EmilysDad is correct in his assumption that something has got stuck underneath. If you can’t free it yourself by trying to lift it manually as you operate the switch then you will need to take it back to the dealer, as it happened while in their hands.
