Driving lights not coming on and high beams not working

Hi usually when I start the car the driving lights also turn on but not anymore. This stopped working after I had removed all fuses to find parasitic drain. Then when I was driving i put on high beams and they worked for 1 minute and then poof all was black. Now normal lights are barely working and high beams not working at all.

Anyone know what the causw could be? High beam light comes on in dashboard as well.
