Had a Nissan once which had been imported from Japan. It had a bell that rang at 70mph. Ended up just taking it out. I suppose that if you did that on a modern car the computer would register "No Bell" and shut the car down?

right here we go
1,sit in drivers seat,
2,turn ignition on,at the same time press the left hand button on the cluster 2 times within a couple of seconds,
3, keep button depressed and cycle the ignition, keeping finger on the button(doesnt matter which finger)until audible warning heard and service resets to 10k,ok good luck and may the force be with you.

service reset

Hi

close but no cigar !

switch ignition on, press reset button twice, turn ignition back to posistion one (not off) turn on ignition, press and hold reset button.

You have 4 seconds to complete the sequence all though the last press and hold can last for 4 or 5 extra seconds
