Has anybody ever really watched this program. It's a mixture of really good and really bad.

In todays episode the General Lee was forced off the road, by a helicopter, when the dukes were on there way to make a morgage payment to boss hogg. They were late, so they lost their farm, don't you just hate it when that happens?

The General Lee seemed to slip harmlessly off the road, but "the sump pan was holed" so they couldn't continue. It wasn't a patch on some of the other incidents where the sump pan seemed to hold out just fine even though the entire car seemed to fall apart!

They all climbed out of the car, through the windows, except Uncle Jessie. How come you never see Uncle Jessie climbing through the windows?

Cooter picked them up, after a call on the CB, and they gave Boss Hogg a cheque. The cheque appeared to be a bit of paper with the actors lines written on it!

Bit of trivia, the police officer - Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best) taught Quentin Tarentino to act.

To be truthfull Mark, I do not think that I could cope with a girl like Daisy now days, I should settle for something warm and soft, that smells nice.

Malcolm what you need is one of those lavender filled teddy bears that you heat up in the microwave. Fits your criteria to a T, they are warm, soft and smell nice

Also they don't answer you back, you don't have to take them out on dates and they are cheap ;)

Understand compleletly, I keep telling the present MrsC that I am considering trading her in for two 22 year olds, sadly they would probably kill me before my next birthday - but what a way to go :)

I was thinking more of the SL, don't know now, another dream down the drain, but in all fairness, I am getting older too. She looks OK though, she must be 60 something.

She'll love you, she is only 52!

One of her early roles was in Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, I had forgot about that film. It was one of the 'road' movies that followed in the wake of Easy Rider.

There was a load of them in the 70's. You could have a whole thread about which was the best one.

90% of females seem to have the same problem, how do you drive the car in a straight line with a 150kg passenger. Shoes bursting open after two weeks, all the chairs needing replacement every 6 months, I dress per washing machine load, No thanks.

I didn't realise that Luke and Bo went on strike. They were replaced by two other actors and the show was dead in the water after that.

The film sounds like it was rubbish as well, not a patch on the original show.

I'm think of painting my 320CE Orange.
Don't forget to have the doors welded up first.
