e 320 cdi injector removel

hi everyone i want to take out my injectors out 2 have being out bfor i got the car and i noticed they have had new bolts in them but helicoled i tryed to undo the others but they feel like they are going to snap is there a way to do this or can anyone no of anyone who can do this for me in the preston area i want the ijectors refurbishing

Best advice is to get the engine as hot s possible, other than that if they are going to snap they are going to snap, best do it in pushing range of a garage so they can be drill and tapped and you are not stranded..

Try soaking the injectors overnight, or even for a few days beforehand with alloy wheel cleaner, or some pressure washer soap..undiluted.... even good old coke and as Ellsy suggests heat her well up..unscrew the bolts until they get tight, spray with the mixture, or penetrating oil and tighten them back a few threds then unscrew again..keep doing this and you should get there..also make sure you clean the threads before attempting to screw the new bolts up again..
