It is 1997 E 320 - a great car with 86000 clicks.
Couple days ago rear door window slide all the way down and would not go up. I opened the panel ( thanks to descriptions on this forum, although the screw of the lock mechanism's small panel would not move away...) and realised that upper cable get loose. Since it is first time I'm seeing this unit, I have NO IDEA where and how it has to be connected to regulator!? The motor works fine, other cable ( I believe low) is in fixed position.
But what to do with the other end?
Panel is back in place ( on clips only) and window in upper position with the temporary support.
