E 350 CDI C207 , ILS , Cornering lights ,

Hey, guys it's my first post in here,
So, I never knew that I have in my car
ILS and Cornering lights,
I check last time VIN DECODER and

608 AUTOMATIC HIGH BEAM SWITCH (IHC)
619 CORNERING ILLUMINATION
621 HEADLAMP WITH ILS, LEFT-HAND TRAFFIC

First, High Beam is working fine, switching automatic,
Problem is with Cornering and ILS,
When I'm trying to switch on ILS I got
MSG
ILS System Inactive for a right-hand drive (see picture)

Do Cornering light are not working because ILS is not working?
How to fix it? Why VIN is saying I got ILS for LH Trafic and system is for Right-hand traffic?
Do cornering lights are related to ILS?
How to check if a cornering light is working manually, bulb looks ok

Assuming you have a right hand drive car in the UK (left hand traffic), it looks as if your car is set for European right hand traffic. This is something you would select if driving abroad. It can be changed in one of the lighting sub-menus although I can’t remember which one at present. ILS will only work in UK on a UK car.

Ok, so only what I found it was in lights menu
Dipped head. setting for
I change form Right-hand side drive for left-hand side drive
All this time I was thinking is mean right-hand side drive as a position of the steering wheel in the car, not traffic
I was able to switch ON ILS so that's good, but how to check cornering lights, when I was turning steering wheel even with an indicator nothing happens.
Do I have to be in ''move'' to see if they are working?

It is confusing, now they call it “left hand traffic” or “right hand traffic”. I suspect nothing happens unless it’s dark and you are on the move. Try it later, perhaps?
