E-Class Rear Air-Vents

How do I remove the double air-vent for the rear passengers? One of the directional vanes needs repairing. The vent has four little plastic tabs which I presume is the way in, I’m not sure if they need to be pushed or pulled and I don’t want to snap them off.

It's a W210 1998 E320.

i also have a 1998 e320, and one of my children broke one of the vents..

thetre are 4 little clips that need to be lifted inside the vents at approx each corner - if you pull at the same time you can do it (i did) i think also the rearmost plastic panel lifts up and out.
