E Class W213 2018 - Multimedia "Warning do not let the system distract you" message stuck on screen

Hello all,
I have this issue on my E300, 2018 that the multimedia is stuck on this Warning message.
We tried with diagnostics, calibration of COMMAND module, but no luck.

New software update is available (the same number of software just with -001 at the end). Could that be the issue? Should I install the new software?
Can someone suggest any other ways that might help?
