Hi my e200 starts first time on petrol and then you have to leave it running until it warms up and changes over to lpg where it runs great. It simply will not rev without cutting out on petrol. I have just purchased the car.It has had a recent fuel pump. Someone suggested the throttle housing was worn and it needed a new one with a sensor. I imagine this would cost a fortune. Would that fault not allow it to run on lpg?.
I had a similar fault on a grand cherokee where it turned out to be the lambda sensor. These burn out due to the extra heat created by the lpg. Externally it looks quite recent. Any ideas before I start spending please. It is a multipoint system . Thanks
