I plan to purchase an E200k 2005 model very soon; it's a 2nd hand but has done very low mileage.
Anything to be concerned about ? Anything to look out for ?

Not really - Any 211 built 2004- is fairly trouble free and in any case you have a over 2 years worth of MB warranty to go at. I can only say that my fairly high mileage late 2004 (virtually a 2005 really) has had no problems to speak of.

Clearly do check the service history and the assyst display to ensure it has benn maintained properly - but if its a 2005 with low mileage it may not even be due anything yet!
So normal used car stuff, no accidents, no HP, no cig burns in the seats etc.

As jberks says the post 2004 stuff is better.

You state that it is a 2005 model - I would try to find out the actual build date as the E200K is a slow seller and it may have sat in stock for a long time. Various parts of the car will have a date stamp on it showing the month and year the part was manufactured which should give a rough indication of when the car was assembled.
