E200 Key/Remote

My keyfob/remote has packed in on my 1995/96 E200 Elegance, can anyone suggest what I should do to fix or replace this please?

Mine failed, turned out to be the micro switch below the press button, its soldered in four places, I think dropping it gave it the chance to break free, resoldered the switch back on and its been great since. Olso the metal clip that holds the batteries in place snapped so I have some foil in its place seems to work.

Its a differeent key to that one Malcom.

Take the key apart and seeif there is anything loose inside.

Other than than its dealer only
