E200 sun roof wont tilt

Anybody know how to lubricate the tilt parts of the sunroof. It will retract and close but wont tilt. It worked last time we tried it but it will tilt fully if you grip the underside and pull it up. We think it just needs the hinge parts lubricated. Any Idea's
