E211 service intervals

Just had a service on my E220 cdi serviced at MB ,the service indicator is now showing 9230 miles to next service anyone have an idea if this is correct ,seems like an odd number as i have only driven 25miles after the service. :-?

Service intervals do go up and down. The assyst does geuninely measure more than just mileage. It may be that the oil level isn't up to the top, or its estimating that with the short start-stop its done so far, you aren't going to get 9900 out of it. I wouldn't worry, just watch it over the next few thousand miles and it should average out. (16k since the last service and I still have 1500 to go!)
