E220 1st and 2nd gear seems to be slipping

Hi I'm new to this forum... About 3 months ago I purchased a E220 14 reg 33000 miles... Mainly in 1st and 2nd gear upto 2000 rpm is acts as if something is slipping as the revs are going up before the speed and when I take my foot off the accelerator the revs drop back down. Car still under warranty but garage told me it's normal and could be due to the viscosity of the oil when cold but does it when it's also warm... Searching around on Google a faulty torque converter could make it slip ( I'm not clued up on car mechanics) anyone else ever had this issue or known of it? Or does it sound normal for a E220.. Yeh I thought that... So I took it to mercedes-benz and took one of them out in it and he said its fine it's the torque converter stopping the power so it doesn't wheel spin.... Which I also didn't think was correct as that's what traction Control is for... I've tried to add a video but its to large to add it says
