E220 Blue efficiency P2463 fault code

Old thread BUT I am sure people still search these!
P2463 code on a cheap obd2 scanner.. DTC definitions not found.
DPF sensor fail in my instance .. which I changed..
BUT be aware you need to reset the DPF level under the 130% value and force the computer to reset it self via a regen.
I learnt this after trying to reset codes. Codes would reset BUT not fix the issue.
You need a "smart" OBD2 reader to complete the process. Just my 2 cents worth.. hope it helps

My first post post and it’s for the P2463 code , my new to me e class 220 CDI has been jumping gears I found the fault code and is now with. Independent MB specialist in Blackpool , the car is still under warranty I will post the out come as soon as I get the car back kind regards Daniel forgot to mention the steering wheel sensor has also been replaced due to the horn blasting every 5 minutes not good as I had lots of angry road rage types chasing after me but has fixed the problem
