Brothers E220 Cab' has a water leak causing the passenger side carpets to get wet.

We know it's not a coolant leak, and no visable leaks when a hose is passed over the car.

We have noticed that when the car is washed the carpets stay dry until you drive the car.

We think it may be getting in via the interior air intake grill as when this has had water directed at it, the problem is more pronounced.

Any advice?
Thanks.
